Caroll County:
The Carroll County PVRC group meets several times per year and we are famous for our spring and fall
BBQ/Open House Events.
On PVRC contest weekends, a Friday "meeting" will often be held at WX3B in the form of a contest and meal.
Meeting
destinations will be announced on the PVRC reflector in advance, as the
destination often changes. Most meetings are held in the

Central VirginiaWe welcome you to join us on
the first Tuesday of the month at St. Martins Church
located at 9000 St.
Martin Lane, Richmond, VA; between W. Broad St. and N. Parham Road

behind
Tucker High School. The meeting begins at 7:00 PM.
The Downtown DC Lunch Group:
Monthly since April 2005, PVRCers, contesters, DXers, and others coming
through this area, have been meeting for lunch in the Metro Center area
of downtown Washington, DC.
By coincidence (or not), many of us are not regulars at the Central
Region evening meetings, which take place before ours, so it's a good
time to hear about those meetings. And if you give him enough notice,
regular attendee Fred K3ZO may bring you your 3-land QSL bureau cards!
We invite and encourage you to join us every month for good food, good company,
and good conversation.
With rare exceptions (i.e., when we have a speaker), we meet 12 noon at :

Meets monthly the 3rd Tuesday. Informal dinner about 6 pm;
meeting at 7 pm at the City Buffet, 1306 West Patrick St,
Frederick, MD 301-360-9666.
From West Patrick Street, turn up McCain Dr.
(the Mountain View Diner is on the corner),
then turn right into the shopping center,
then turn left and search for a parking place.
The City Buffet is tucked back in the left corner
of the shopping center behind the
Mountain View Diner. You can't see the
City Buffet from West Patrick Street.
The NW Region meetings are on the third Tuesday
of each month. Most arrive about 6 PM for dinner
and informal discussions. The meeting begins
at 7:00 PM.
OVER-THE-HILL LUNCH BUNCH (VA DC MD):
The Over the Hill Bunch meets for lunch at noon
alternately in Maryland at the College PARK Holiday Inn Route 1
and the Beltway or in Virginia at the Parkview Marriot near route
50 and the Beltway.
Meetings generally are held on the last
Wednesday of the month in Maryland and the last Thursday of the
in Virginia. Individual meeting dates are subject to change. Meetings
are announced by E-Mail. All PVRC members, non-members interested in
membership and guests are welcome.
